Just got turned away getting a rapid test because I was not symptomatic. I was told this was the decision of the manger at the Royal Ln. location. I was sent there by the head office. I needed the test after I was exposed to someone that tested positive. I have a dental app tomorrow morning that I'll now have to cancel because this PrimaCare denied me access to taking the test for being proactive and taking preventative measures. It’s a good place because it takes Medicaid but once you get in the room the wait is entirely too long... we have been sitting in this room two hours waiting on a doctor to come in
Not "CENTERS" - THIS Center! I'm sure others are capable and probably suffice, but THIS facility beat any other medical house I have EVER been in. They tried so hard that they instantly made a believer out of me. I'll go back!!!!
I went there a few days ago. The place was clean, the staff was very nice and very helpful, I saw a doctor quickly. Everyone took me seriously and treated me with respect. Some places treat you like just another number, these kind folks went the extra mile!
