Prima has an energy that is not found easily and the juices & smoothies are of the highest quality! I can't begin to cover all the things they provide here, oils, yoga ,massage...stop in and check out all they do to promote wellness on an individual level.
I went in to try out the Reststation this morning. It’s almost impossible to describe the experience. It was wonderful! I left feeling super refreshed, my mind was clear, I was less anxious, and I can’t wait to go back and have my other family members try it! Also Audri makes great fresh pressed juices! I had a great experience today!! �
I tried out the restation lounge today. I was really skeptical when I first heard about it, but I had a few minutes to spare. I chose the anxiety one and it was amazing! I felt great and so relaxed afterwards.
So my friend Audriaunna invited me to come and do the Reststation today. That was an awesome experience. It can be personalized to what's bothering you, which is awesome! I highly suggest you try it out. Thank you Audri!!
I had an opportunity to try a binaural beats session, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! I would definitely recommend anyone try it. It helped me reset and relax, and it helped deepen my meditation. The service is wonderful, as well. Audriaunna is an absolute sweetheart. She really knows her stuff. I can’t wait to go back and do this again!
Today I visited Prima Elements and thoroughly enjoyed my RestStation session. The room is quiet and tastefully decorated. There was a diffuser on as I had the added benefit of aromatherapy. The lounge is very comfortable. The experience of the sound and the vibrations is one so soothing and mediating. I had a 30 minute session and would definitely do it again. Finally, I found the best way to relax in Fayetteville. Yesterday I had the opportunity to try the RestStation Lounge it was a great experience, felt super relaxed and calm it was absolutely amazing!!! Not to forget, they have outstanding and friendly staff also their juice bar is WOMDERFUL!!!!!!! Continue the good work.
