I love Prima Elements, the family brings you in like their own. I have been going to Prima weekly since mid December; doing mostly everything Prima has to offer. I have seen a DRAMATIC change in myself just adapting the lifestyle changes I have learned from here. Like I said once you are here you are family. <3
Adrian & Audrey are just great people. We did a juice cleanse and the physical and mental results have been absolutely amazing! Keep up the strong work!!!
Audriauna did such an amazing job with my 5 month old!! She was engaged and had my daughter smiling. She is a wonderful reiki specialist and I recommend any mommas to try her out for themselves or for their little ones!
RecommendedToday was my first yoga class. I have to say I was very anxious going into it but I am SO happy I did. Audri was amazing and her voice is so calming. She really help put my mind at ease. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Will be making this my weekly routine :)

Prima Elements is an amazing place! Every time I walk in I feel good energy and vibrations. The staff is very welcoming. I have done the 5 day juice cleanse, and it was amazing. I have tried every smoothie, and they are good. Massage from Rebecca was great. Additionally, it's a great atmosphere for families. Where else can kids and adults learn how to eat clean, play chess, and vegan potlucks?! I will surely miss this place since I am leaving. Please check out Prima Elements, you won't regret it.
