There is so much positive energy in this place it's ridiculous. I come here every day to do a 30-minute workout and get a wheatgrass shot plus a Green With Envy smoothie. Everytime I leave I feel better than I did when I first came in. The different meditation classes and events they have every month really keep me up beat and in tune with myself. Prima elements is a great establishment, please come by and gain some of the positive energy that I receive on the daily basis.
I've popped in for a quick smoothie when downtown, always a great atmosphere & delicious smoothies!
Followed a sandwich board sign to Prima and boy am I glad I did. I had a wonderful swedish massage. So relaxing that I fell asleep. I can't wait to go back!

They know me by name, welcome my friends, acknowledges anything that may be going on with me & gives me phenomenal feedback on how to better myself. Forget the drugs that doctors try to prescribe to you. Embrace this natural & safe healing that Prima Elements can provide & teach you. There's no catch or gimmicks & they're crazy affordable! You're first experience with them is free! But they are worth every penny. �������
I absolutely love going there. The smoothies are delicious and I love the weekday afternoon specials. The free massage I got before was amazing! I'm looking forward to attending some of the classes soon.
Great place everyone welcomes you with open arms. Very energetic. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.
