This place is amazing! I went in to ask about the juice cleansing. She was so knowledgeable and helped me so much! I ended up leaving with a wonderful smoothie, a gift card for hubby, kombucha and tried out the rest station! I will definitely be back!
Tonight I tried the RESTSTATION Lounge. I just knew there was music and I meditate on a regular basis... but this was one of those experiences that it’s hard to put in words. Sort of like an outer body experience, my body felt very relaxed. I knew I wasn’t asleep but there were times were I felt like I was. It was like the music was wrapped around me. Love, love, love this place! Can't say enough good things. The people truly make this business stand out. From the time you walk through the doors they are welcoming, open and knowledgeable. What a great experience in the restation room and an amazing kombucha class! My kids can't wait to go back to family yoga. And the juices are delicious! I was explained the benefits and different programs and i chose the recharge and energize program. I was made very comfortable; the lighting, smell, sound, and feeling of the vibration was all very calming. Had my second BEST massage ever tonight. Wes was great. I love this place, the atmosphere is the best ever. Try them out you will NOT be disappointed.
All around vibe of the place is genuine and super friendly. The juice and smoothies are phenomenal.
