I can’t say enough good things about the staff here (Dr. Mary Sherlock’s office). They are efficient, respectful, and always take the time to answer questions, provide updates, follow through on paperwork requirements. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. The staff consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent care. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. This office is lucky to have such an amazing team. Shouting out Sally, Cindy, and Michaela for being so supportive!
I called the fall river office 4 times and left a message, never got a call back. Its been 2 weeks! In the past years I had to call multiple times and even had to go there in person to ask why I never got a call back. I got a attitude whenever I asked why they neglect patience.
