Prima CARE provides exceptional medical care and they keep hours that are very accommodating. Very happy with the care I receive from Prima CARE.
My experience was dreadful, i do not recommend going here. Three different phlebotomists could not find my vein, even though it was clearly there. , I now have bruising and what looks like scarring around my vein, and the vein is still swollen and sticking out. I’m still in pain from yesterday, and I almost passed out during the process. They kept telling me to drink water, even though I had already been drinking plenty of water beforehand. I’m self pay when I’m seen by my doctor yet I receive a bill for the full amount every time. I gave 2 stars because they do adjust it off once I make the call to the billing department but how much is prima care collecting illegally? It’s happened 3-4 times and that’s not ok!
Other than what I had done great experience nurses are the best than anyplace else
