As a new resident in Tiverton I was told to go to prima care for my medical needs. Called and found out I didn't have to go to a primary care Dr there, that I could keep my current Dr. I asked what the procedure was for me to see Dr's there, was told would need referrals for each Dr from my PCP for the Dr's I needed. My PCP did send referrals FOUR TIMES and after 2 months of waiting I've still not heard from anyone. I wish I could post about the lab separate because I love Dr. Keo and her receptionist Melissa, but the lady with the lip piercing is wicked rude for no reason and needs to get another job honestly. Took everything in me to bite my tongue on the phone and then in person.
Have a appointment for 2:30,, its going on 3:30 still waiting!!! An old lady in a wheelchair said she has a appointment for 2:00 and still waiting!!! That's because of greed!! They over book people to get paid by their insurance, meanwhile all these people waiting here for hours!!! That should be illegal and inhumane! Old lady sitting here in pain so uncomfortable!!!!!
