Doctors are great but they recently started using an "AI assistant" for phone calls and it is absolutely atrocious. I just want to speak to an actual human being.

Terrible front office. Left me on hold for 3 hours and then I call back and their office is closed. Waste of my time, will gladly go somewhere else that care about their patients, I am tired of them.

I have been a patient of this office for many years putting up with sup par care, lack of communication, and uneducated doctor that’s always looking in his laptop for the answer. The reception staff is disrespectful, tried to tell me I have only been seeing my doctor for 3 years, when it has been well over 7. Place has been getting emptier and emptier these last years, I understand why. I will not be back, and would not recommend anyone receive health care at this facility.

I called my doctor's back after being there today but for some reason they said they were closed, which was very odd. So I try to call a different part of the place, a receiptipnist answered the phone. When I tried to explain the situation to her, she kept interrupting me saying I'm calling the wrong extension and I needed to call the right, and I tried to explain I already tried that, she wasn't willing to even listen or even help me out. She was completely unprofessional and very rude to me. This was very unacceptable.

After 10 years my primary care physician left this office. She suggested I transfer to another Dr within the practice. Now I can't even get my meds refilled. I've contacted them 4 times this week by phone and through the website. I'm very disappointed and will start looking elsewhere for another PCP.
