I have been with this practice for 16 years. Over the past couple of years the office has gone so far down hill and quality of care has been terrible. Recently in April, after waiting 4 months and calling almost everyday for 5 weeks to try and get in sooner, 2 days before my appointment they called to cancel saying they didn't think I needed to be seen because they knew I was so sick because I wasn't receiving my meds due to insurance. I met my gastrointestinal dr. Today. Dr. Gary Trey. I cannot emphasize how nervous I was meeting a new dr. But let me tell you. How comfortable and relaxed he made me feel. He answered any questions I had and explained everything to me. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I felt I could tell him anything without being uncomfortable. I would recommend him to anyone
