Very much enjoy living here. It's quiet, yet lively. Quick access to all parts of the Madison area. Bike paths are integrated into the neighborhood. Responsive management. Lovely little community here.
I've been a resident here for several years now, and I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience. One of the biggest perks is that I've never had a package stolen, which is a huge relief. I just moved in and living at Prima Apartments has honestly been such a good experience. The application process was insanely easy,I was able to tour, apply, and hear back all in the same day, which took so much stress off me. The community is well-kept, and the management team is responsive and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and always communicated clearly. The amenities are a huge plus. The apartments themselves are modern and comfortable. The location is also super convenient. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend Prima/Avante to anyone looking for a welcoming place to call home!
