Prima Appartement 5121 has been a great experience —it’s been a fantastic two years! Avante Properties has responsive management and a real commitment to making tenants feel at home. Sean from maintenance is always on top of things, and Jocelyn, who was an absolute gem, will always be remembered fondly. The apartment is spacious, modern, clean and peaceful—perfect for settling in. I’m really happy with my experience at Prima! 10/10 experience!
I just moved into the Prima apartments in August and absolutely love it so far! Not only is it a nice area to live in but the units themselves are very well kept up! Anything we have needed, such as maintenance requests, have been done in a timely manner which is very much appreciated!
I absolutely love living in this apartment complex! The location is great, with easy access to downtown. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is always responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been living at Prima East through Avante Properties coming up on 3 months now and I absolutely love it! Everyone I have worked with at Avante has been wonderful and maintenance has been so quick and helpful. Every apartment is taken care of and the amenities are beautiful. Couldn't imagine living anywhere else!
