Pride Cleaning & Restoration did an excellent job cleaning up our basement. One broken water pipe sure can put out a lot of water when it runs for a couple of hours. I'm glad the Pride crew knows how to, not just clean up the standing water, but also get the moisture out of the drywall so there will be no mold issues. They were super thorough is every aspect of their work.
Worst experience ever! We used them for an insurance claim and they missplaced multiple items and lied about it until they found it. Things that the insurance company paid for to be cleaned came back still smelling like smoke. They broke things and lied about it. They refused to submit the list of items that they were not able to cleaned so we couldn’t claim the items that were totaled to the insurance company. Do yourself a favor and don't use them for an insurance claim cleanup. They will ruin your things.
