Kelsey was so helpful in finding a new place for me to rent, and quickly too. She is knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, and I felt like she was really looking out for me when going through the listings and flagging things I missed. And on top of it all, she is so friendly and helped keep things light and less stressful. I've already recommended her to a colleague and my brother. 100% happy with working with Kelsey.
I was having a hard time finding a rental due to the size of my dog. Kelsey Bates went above and beyond to help me find a home. She was patient and kind and very understanding of my circumstances. I am so thankful for her and everything she did for me. It was not an easy road and she never gave up. In fact, she tried that much harder. If I ever move again I truly hope to be able to work with her again.

Kelsey was a shark. She was able to suggest a lender that found us a zero down first time home owner program. After inspections she went to bat and the sellers paid all of our closing costs. If you want an excellent Realtor Kelsey is who you want to work with!!
Kelsey is a gem. Not only is she super professional she makes you feel like you are family and has your best interest. I had no idea where to start and she knew all the areas of town and made the home buying process not only easy but FUN. We celebrated after with drinks and now I consider her a friend.
