Stocks are not well organised, staffs are not helpful at all.
Everything is very hit or miss, stock is not normally great, staff either seem disinterested or do genuinely help, and the sales don’t normally compare well to any other chemist

I just experienced an unpleasant behaviour from an employee named Kat. Her attitude was disrespectful. From the look on her face, it felt like she was about to bite my head off.
A great store, however it pays to shop around before you purchase. Currently they have men's Paco Rabanne Black XS EDT 100ml for $180.00. I asked one of the shop assistants there if they price match as The Chemist Warehouse at Mount Gravatt has the identical Paco Rabanne Eau de Toilette 100ml for $79.99. I told them their price is more than double that of The Chemist Warehouse's price, and they said that unfortunately they don't price match.
