Price Williams is a better alternative to using Bounderant Realty for your student, but we were sorely disappointed when they assured us we would not be held responsible for carpet that was ruined with stains and holes when our son moved in and then withheld some of the deposit when he moved out. After two sons and 8 years of renting in Radford, we recommend you treat your deposit as wholly or partially lost when you rent in Radford. Over the years of our daughter attending Radford University the price williams crew have been on top of our daughters needs for housing...they have been most helpful from the maintenance needs to helping Rachel find a decent room mate to share the costs , convenient online bill pay to make my life easier, and the helpful office staff for answering all our questions and making the move in and the move out a painless process, hats off to a top notch crew
Very bad experience with this Realty Co on first visit to Radford to see my daughter. Incidentally, I parked in one of their "owned" parking lots in a space that WAS NOT MARKED "By Permit Only" and which was practically EMPTY- only to find my vehicle was towed w/n couple hours! No warning, no postings in place and only found out who towed from police department!! They must be getting a kick back on this from towing company-fine was outrageous! Ownership obviously suggests to tenants that they should immediately forfeit some of their security deposit BEFORE they even live in the apartment. The leasing agents couldn't even explain the condition of the apartment or why money was kept from being returned and gave a weak story about the need to keep it for 90 days after a tenant leave. Bait and switch. Advertised a beautiful apartment, floor plan, photos, etc, and when my son moved in, it was a different apartment. There were no stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, or upgraded cabinets. There was also no disclaimer that the photos were not of the actual apartment. I live away from Radford so could not view prior to renting so based my decision on the photos and price. Who puts up false pictures of a place someone is going to rent? There wasnt anything that you did today so the survey wording is off. However i have been so so pleased. The first year a roommate didnt pay for months and you all notified us during the summer when there was no easy way to converse with the person. I have also had trouble finding someone in the office that can intelligently answer questions
Need more options than Facebook. Not every student uses it.
The experience in the apartment is great. However, the wifi almost never works when all of the roommates are on it. We struggle with watching online shows and completing homework or tests in our house is almost always a struggle of unreliable.
