Price Williams is a better alternative to using Bounderant Realty for your student, but we were sorely disappointed when they assured us we would not be held responsible for carpet that was ruined with stains and holes when our son moved in and then withheld some of the deposit when he moved out. After two sons and 8 years of renting in Radford, we recommend you treat your deposit as wholly or partially lost when you rent in Radford. Ownership obviously suggests to tenants that they should immediately forfeit some of their security deposit BEFORE they even live in the apartment. The leasing agents couldn't even explain the condition of the apartment or why money was kept from being returned and gave a weak story about the need to keep it for 90 days after a tenant leave. There wasnt anything that you did today so the survey wording is off. However i have been so so pleased. The first year a roommate didnt pay for months and you all notified us during the summer when there was no easy way to converse with the person. I have also had trouble finding someone in the office that can intelligently answer questions
Need more options than Facebook. Not every student uses it.
The experience in the apartment is great. However, the wifi almost never works when all of the roommates are on it. We struggle with watching online shows and completing homework or tests in our house is almost always a struggle of unreliable.
