Another great experience buying a new vehicle from Price Leblanc. Thanks to Adrian Bourgeois for making the process fun and painless.
Service was great, found the perfect truck and helped us get into it for the note we wanted. However fast forward 2 years went to renew our license. They did not turn in the license plate in a timely manner according to the dmv which left us with a $642 fine. When we called Toyota they told us it was not their problem they turned it in and have no time frame for it to be turned it. All we could do was pay the fine. If you trade in a vehicle turn your own license plate in.
I had an awesome experience with such a pleasant group of people. To mention some, my first encounter was with customer service(Amber M.) to my salesmen(Mr. R. Marshall) and lastly to financing(Billy). PLT has such a warm atmosphere and they are truly committed to their word to get you in what you want, regardless of your current situation.
