Quick and easy service. Courteous staff. Facility is constantly cleaned. Seating is socially distanced. Free coffee while you wait. A business area if you need to work while waiting. A kids area. Great snack bar. So glad I chose a Toyota!!!

Fairly good experience at Basil. I’m located in Memphis and bought a car remotely so I can’t speak for a normal Basil experience. I bought a Rav4 Prime here since they aren’t available in the SouthEast. Most dealers are selling them above sticker but Basil was willing to drop their upcharge which was nice. I think any of my other little gripes are a result of buying remotely and they wouldn’t have been a problem had I been there in person so I won’t even bring those little things up. La atención en él área de servicio no es buena. Empezando por el Manager de servicio, tuve muy mala experiencia con el, le falta cortesía, amabilidad, comunicación y deseo de ayudar. O sea compras o arriendas el carro y ya, después cualquier problema que se presente ni atención te prestan y creo que si uno adquiere de alguna manera un carro con ustedes deben al menos tratar de que el cliente se sienta satisfecho. En verdad hasta ganas le da a uno de irse de la Toyota

The Service Dept. is excellent! My service advisor, Chris, is very attentive. I recently needed a new wheel and he and my technician, Casey, had my job completed in less than an hour. They’ve been maintaining my Camry for several years and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service.
