For me it was an all around good experience unlike other dealers I have dealt with. Then again how could they go wrong with a sales rep named Seamus McNally from the land of four-leaf clovers and leprechaun's Seamus is very professional and got me a good deal.

Bought a 2014 RAV4 at the he end of December for my daughter who started her new job in Dallas. Being it’s warmer there she needed to use the A/C and it didn’t work. Called the salesman to see if they would help out fixing it and he said no because I didn’t buy the extended warranty. As far as we know it never worked. Would never send anyone there as they don’t care about the customers only selling cars. Very sad.

Don't have customer with scheduled appt wait over an hour to be taken care of. Have paper work read to go for signatures, not print them when you've had the customer already wait an extended period of time.

This place is a joke of a dealership. My finance manager was Jeff Barnes he has terrible customer service all he cares about is how much money he is going to make on the deal. The decided to slide in a power train warranty for my vehicle that i did not ask for. Also good luck ever trying to get a hold of anyone at the dealership the place doesn’t answer the phone if there life depended on it.
