Horrible service department that did not honor my service agreement and then did not refund my money in a timely manner or treat me with respect.

RecommendedToday was my second time purchasing a car through Toyota of Melbourne. Alex Salazar and Dakota were so helpful to me and my boyfriend in understanding the difference between financing and leasing, how payments change based on price range and credit, and helping to pick a color car we liked. They were so patient when we were figuring out insurance and making sure the new car would fit in our budget. Inquired about a vehicle showing in inventory on their website. I was quickly contacted after sending an inquiry, literally minutes. Salesperson got minimal information of what I was looking to do and than I had to reach back out to receive a quote. Responded with a question to prepare for negotiations but was ignored and never received a response.
