I recently had the pleasure of working with Casey and Tyler on a transaction, where they represented the sellers who were selling their home in Everett and I was representing the buyers. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their communication was excellent from day one and remained strong throughout the entire process. They were amazing throughout the entire process and then some. When the house we purchased first became available, we were two days into house hunting, but the house was better than anything we had seen, on paper. We missed out on a similar house that went pending right before we got into town to house hunt, so they jumped right into it to get us a showing immediately on the newly available home. While not quite ready to sell at first, Casey kept us updated on sales in the area and what our condo was worth. He helped us through the selling process once we decided to sell…and we sold within two weeks using his advice on price and staging. Then the team helped us find a new rental. Casey is excellent at dealing with a variety of people, communicating clearly with each whether they are knowledgeable about the purchase/sale process or not.
