Not sure but the last time they came for "service" according to friend who was watching our house. "The technician knocked asked how things were she said fine as far as she knew he got into his truck sat for a few minutes and left" I have noticed that we have crickets and scorpions around our house so I am inclined to believe her. I have called and left a few messages to try and get some one to come out and spray. They charged me for the job they didn't do. I have been happy with them up until this point.
