I'm not sure of the exact date we started with you, 15 years or so, but we have always had courteous and professional techs come here from the beginning. They are very helpful and informative. Great service. Bugs are gone. When need attention in certain area of your home, just call and someone will be there to take care of it.
Generally, your service is excellent; however, we DO NOT like your robo call telling us when you will be providing service. We prefer to tell you what time and day you can provide such. Also, your implementation of new technology doesn't seem to be very well tested. Several times we have had to correct errors made by you and were sent a bill or given a phone call saying we did not pay. I've been a customer for many years now. Preventive has always been prompt and their service has worked very well for us. If we ever have a concern outside the normal scope of our service, they respond quickly and get us taken care of. I recommend them highly.

We have been customers of Preventive Pest for a number of years and could not be more pleased with their service, it is effective in keeping our home insect free and should we have anything come up they are willing to come back and take care of the problem very quickly. They have also been treating our yard ti keep the weeds killed out, this has been a God-send to us, and like the home service if we have problems they come back and take care of it.
