Don't set up any services when they do door to door. They will not honor a single thing you ask them to do. Wont even postpone services during covid. Shame on you.
I never agreed to a one year deal but yet preventive pest control continues to harass me even after showing them the receipt proving I did not initial/agree to the one year agreement. I would highly recommend people stay away from them and go with a better company.

Sean was thorough and professional in his job and kind as a person. We hope he is our technician every time. What a hard worker. You can tell he enjoys his job. Max who came to our door was also kind and was upfront about the cost. Had a tech out same day. We had preventative in the past and love them. Went back to them because no one compares.
