I have never liked them there and never heard great things about it. I have been there a few times and there are always new people. It's unfortunate that I have had to go there as long as I have but their the only ones around who take CMSP. The staff doesn't seem to care about you at all or try to make you feel comfortable. I went in for a routine check up and cleaning. Found I had two cavities. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? No, they were out of everything! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
I will say this, Preventive Dental does a good job......as long as you have insurance. If your insurance is about to expire in a month or so, avoid this dental institution at all costs. My adopted father had to get my insurance extended by a month, and this place STILL dropped the ball in calling them up and getting things set to put a crown on my right front tooth. It has been about 2 years now, and I am still walking around with a hole in the tooth this place left me with. I have been unable to get the crown at other insti... read more
