something is seriously wrong with this office. i ended up leaving after sitting there 2 hours. 11 people waiting noone being called. doctor wandering around looking confused. receptionist and dental assistants very depressed looking. they need new management obviously and doctor needs help.

Dr. Haan is a lot better than what Preventive Dental used to be. I went to another clinic in the area and they broke my tooth and tried to get me to pay for a gold crown and when they realized I didn't have that kind of money they were really rude to me . Dr. Haan did a really good job on my broken tooth after chemo.
I can not believe that this dentist is even allowed to practice in the state of California
I went to them as a patient covered by full MediCal dental, I wanted to have my wisdom teeth pulled because they were causing problems for me. I was told at the time that this dental office was the only one in our area who would accept MediCal. I was told by one of the dentists that worked there that they would pull my wisdom teeth with no problem, when I arrived for my appointment to have them pulled I was told that I would be seeing a different dentist that day. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Yes! It was absolutely excruciating
Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Not at all. It was absolutely unbearable Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Staff were friendly, the dentist was a demeaning jerk. I'm not even sure if his diagnosis was accurate. I pointed to the screen to say where the problem was, and he YELLED at me not to touch that. (I'm 45 years old with a computer science degree, not some child!) Nor did he offer me an alternative like a print out or the oversized plaster mouth he subsequently pulled out to identify what he thought. He didn't care what I thought.
