Had a home emergency where I had to meet a plumber for my landlord because my apartment is flooding. They charged me $50 for canceling to my card on file without asking me if it was okay as well. If given the option I would've used a different payment method.

Darcie Clark is absolutely AMAZING. She does not rush you during your appointment, she fully listens to you, and your concerns, and truly wants to help. I felt so comfortable right off bat with Darcie; i'm young - so people hear chest pains and immediately write me off, Darcie didn't. She is looking at every angle of the problem, and not taking "no answer" as an answer. I would recommend her up and down, and I've only had one appointment so far! Not to mention Darcie is extremely kind, and personable.
