Absolutely terrible, the pretzel tasted like they had been sitting for hours.
I don't know how this place stays in business. I've tried to go here three times and they never have any pretzels.
Awful food, no ice for drinks (and was not told before I paid,) when I questioned regarding my pretzel and hot drink the woman behind the counter was rude and just stared at me. Do not go here. Save you $10 for a bad pretzel, hot drink and poor service.
Don't have full menu or a reason why they won't make pretzels. Getting charged a random convenience fee, idk if it's who's working their or policies but it's just sad..I won't be getting anything from their anymore.
NEVER HAVE PRETZELS. they’re too lazy to make any pretzels, their employees are Sorry! Don’t go here, it’s a waste of time; walking & gas. They call themselves a pretzel store, but literally NEVER have any, and their lazy employees will look you in the face and say “we don’t have any pretzels” instead of “we need about 30 minutes to make some” they literally don’t want to work, and would rather be lazy. Go to Sam’s club, literally up the road. You can get soft pretzels for $1 & they are good!
