I came in to get a pedicure with my mom. A very nice man assisted us but made both of us bleed when cutting cuticles. He cut too much of my moms cuticle along with pulling some of her nail out and then proceeded to flick the bloody piece on the ground. They are very nice people and our nails came out pretty well, but I definitely do not recommend coming here because making people bleed this often is unacceptable and is a fast way to get an infection. This place is cheap for a reason.
Amazing customer care.
Very nice and friendly workers but I am very unhappy as I told them not to touch my real nails and they filed them down anyways yes they grow back but that was not the point they just wanted their money and to close already as it was 6:30 p.m.
I needed a fill and found Pretty Nails since it was close to my office. I called and got an appt with Tammy. She did a FANTASTIC job on my acrylic nails. She has tons of cat eye polish which is all I do anymore. I recommend making an appointment with Tammy for your next nail fill!
