Unfortunately, this was one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. I left extremely disappointed and, more importantly, concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation practices. My nails were damaged during my service, and I later developed what I was told was a fungal infection that required medical treatment and antibiotics. I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff was rude and unprofessional when speaking with me. The pricing appears to change frequently, and I was unable to get a clear or consistent quote. When I called to ask about pricing, I was told not to call just to compare prices, and the representative refused to provide the information I requested. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations for customer service.

I came in to get a pedicure with my mom. A very nice man assisted us but made both of us bleed when cutting cuticles. He cut too much of my moms cuticle along with pulling some of her nail out and then proceeded to flick the bloody piece on the ground. They are very nice people and our nails came out pretty well, but I definitely do not recommend coming here because making people bleed this often is unacceptable and is a fast way to get an infection. This place is cheap for a reason.
