No opinion, just facts: Small, one person shop. No problem. Booked appointment through service which asked for a deposit. Paid. Contacted by Stylist for $50 deposit, paid. Simple root touch-up color and blow dry. No flatiron or style. For $205 my mom received rough hair, as if no product was used before blow dry or after. Soaking wet shirt ruined by dye going down her back. Was listed as high end shop - we are from Florida so maybe there is a different definition here. So yesterday I got the best shampoo of my life . Her space was very clean and she had complementary snacks. She was very professional and knowledgeable about services that was applicable to my hair type. She’s really good with color & natural hair . Highly recommend !
