I had a terrible experience with overpricing at this shop today. I went in to buy a simple black hoop earring. The salesperson at shop tried to charge me $15 for a pair or $10 for just one single piece only in Cash. When I pointed out that the price was way too high and asked for a reasonable discount, he completely denied. Right after leaving, I checked online. This company has demonstrated unreliable and deceptive business practices. I purchased a K-pop doll through their online store, and the item arrived defective. Despite providing photographic evidence of the defect, the company denied my refund request.
