I’m a single parent of 4 kids - with a surgery planned I was a mess and my anxiety was through the roof. Barbara made me comfortable and understood all of my worries, hopes and visions for the trust & my kids. She explained everything to me in a way that made it easy and made sure to have it all prepared before my surgery date - if it wasn’t for her I’d be entering surgery tomorrow with nothing set up for my kids and with a mind full of worries - she’s definately one in a million
