The appointments are not scheduled properly. If a time is given then it should be 10-15 mins late not half an hour or more especially when the patient is in pain! Receptionist was not understanding at all and said Doctors are always running late?!
I’m incredibly impressed by Cathy, the receptionist at this medical centre. She works so efficiently, multitasks with ease, and is genuinely considerate. If I could, I’d give her 10 out of 5. Absolutely love her professionalism and kindness!
Cathy the receptionist is the best person in the place very polite and professional always gives a follow up call to se how your going and she’s very caring and helpful never gives any problems to me and she’s always nice to me and my wife.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Seen Dr Li for the first time, she is not really good at all. After explaining all my issues, past and present and trying to find a solution or recommendation on what I should do regarding my chronic pain matter that which I have been enduring for years. I was asked from Dr Li "what do you want me to do?" I found it quite absurd as she is supposed to be the professional who found solutions to my problems...
