There is no Racquet Club in these slum apartments. They should rename it as a gun club, as you need a gun just to walk from your car to your front door to make sure you’re not going to get shot yourself.

No security cameras means no evidence, also means that this incident isn't the first and sure not the last time too. The gates are always busted open so anybody and everybody can trespass this is the second incident a vehicle has been vandalized the first one was stolen management is no help either, they never answered their calls or even care for their tenants. There has to be more improvement on the security and gates on this complex too many cars getting vandalize and stolen. This apartment complex has to take more notice... read more

I stayed in apt #414 bldg 4 on 9/19/23 as a Airbnb. I didn't feel safe in this apartment, steps are steep as being handicap I almost fell from step off porch to next step. Gate code didn't work had to pull entrance gate open. Apartments are run down to be in such a nice area of Dallas. I will not return had to move out of #414 on 9/20/23 for my security & safety reasons. Glad I left after reading about car thefts in this complex as I am in a rental car don't need no trouble.
