This is a place is a joke they mow your yard even if it is not 5 in tall as the lease says if it is 5 in or more they will mow your yard. I come home from work to find my yard done and it looks like shit and was only like 3 in maybe. They asked me to give a good review befor a leave and they do this ha ha here is your good review...That is all they care about is there yards of taken money from people do not move here I am moving out in two weeks...
We have lived here for over 10 years, and the dealings I have had with the office have, for the most part, been very positive. Erika Sanchez is always so nice and pleasant, easy to contact, has worked with me on various issues that have come up, and always gets back to me in a timely manner. The management as a whole seems to be trying hard to involve the residents and organize lots of events for the community.
They will move you into a house full of mold, weak floors etc.... don't trust them.. and want to come in your house every so often to do a gold key inspection but will not fix anything!! and now they are telling me we have to remove the mosquito netting on our new deck when we are trying to fix up the house to make it look nice! they are a joke.. poor management can never get ahold of anyone in the office and raise lot rent every year but nothing changes and the trailer park still looks like crap road cracked and major pot h... read more
La única persona k es agradable en esa oficina es la señorita Alejandra y personal de mantenimiento la secretaria Erika es una déspota y ni se diga de la gerente Aki por todo están jodiendo a los residentes no tienen buenos servicios pero si joden k joden por una casita de mi perrito es una porkeria este vecindario nunca lo recomendaría a ninguna amistad casa día peor
Absolutely the worst place to live. The workers in the office never return phone calls, try to avoid any conflicts about your payments, loss your payments and try charge late fees for their screw ups, they charge for everything little thing the can. Constantly raise the lot payment. Charge to mow your yard even though you do it yourself and when they do mow it without your consent it's a shitty ass job.
