Worst place ever. They have lost my mortgage and lot rent payments and now are trying to increase my water bill over double what it normally is right after this whole ordeal. They make up fees and rules as they go. Please dont buy or rent here. I regret buying a home here. They will mow your grass right after you mowed just to charge another fee. The manager has no idea what shes doing. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional.

you harass people you steal there cars and make it feel like you're in prison not a home I would say far away from this place if you didn't already trap me
i have lived here for 20 years. The office management has been horrible. Can't get your trash out. Idiots next door keep parking in front of trash bends. The manager Charges you for her friends stealing water. if you want to through your hard earned money out the window and pay for her bonus each month.
I have lived here for 14 years, time have really gone by quickly. Preston on the Lakes is a different kind of community, it is a safe to live here and there are always changes that is done. However for me it is my home and I am happy here. The staff is helpful and they let me do a lot of faxing, calls when needed.
Where do i start? We have lived here for almost 4 years. I actually enjoy living here. The office staff is great. They do have rules regarding mowing but that is in community. If not then the community would look like garbage. The community for the most part is very quiet. The only part that needs work is the pool. The pool is great but it does need a complete overhaul when it comes to cleaning. Whenever they do clean there is no monitor at the pool to prevent other residents from tearing it up. Yo tengo viviendo 7 años aqui y muy tranquila yo si lo recomendaria x k ay mas parquiaderos de trailas y estan bien feos aqui asta enpadimentado todo no tienes que parquiarte en la tierra y el personal de la oficina muy amable y mientas sigamos las reglas no ay problema x lo menos yo estoy muy contenta y saludos a Rosi y a Erika
