The worst I've seen in my life. She thinks of herself as some kind of prodigy who knows everything.When she finds out you have the knowledge to counter her wrong diagnosis she will try to bring you down in every way possible. The office is a royal pain in the behind to get a Rx refills from. You could not get a worse FP clinic even if you tried. Called in the wrong meds 3 times, despite the pharmacy and me calling repeatedly refused to correct the error untill 2 days had already passed and me in being in pain. If you ever make the mistake of calling in during their lunch break your message will be ignored till the next day.Almaz Smith is one of the rudest clinicians I have ever met in my life. We went to this clinic for 6 years before finally giving up in 2016 and transferring to a new one in Apex.

I still can't believe the sub standard care I received at this office. Went in with back pain, was prescribed a few standard prescription. In a couple days had horrible reaction to meds went back to office and was totally ignored even though I had made an appt.Long story short went to the hospital after spending several days at Rex I needed a referral to an Ortho this office told me I had to wait 72 hrs for that.
