RecommendedNEVER have we EVER had such disappointing Customer Service!! My mother bought a Ford Echo Sport and has had nothing but grief from getting correct paperwork, being set up with a payment larger than what she agreed to, having her phone calls ignored and now since she hasn't received the correct payment book, her credit will suffer because she can't pay the loan on time without the account information. you buy vehicles here after being a returning life time customer an they cant even get your tag an title work done before your 60 day tag expires they issue an additional 30 day tag still nothing the tag an title department won't call you back no matter how many messages you leave them pure ignorance huh...this may be my last vehicle purchased here 2 in 6 months this is just crazy

Sales person was Stevie Brummell. He was absolutely awesome. He made a hard decision so easy for me. I told him right where I wanted to be with numbers and he did everything to make it work. This is my second vehicle, was not so pleased with the first time with another sales person but I will come back. Thank you Stevie and the finance team. 5 stars
