So I just bought tires from Preston Ford a set of two in April and a set of two in May.... I now have a bulge in my front tire and a slow leak in my back tire both on driver side... Want to charge me a 191.00 per tire.... I’ve had so much trouble with this place all the want is money... I paid less then that per tire when I got them....
RecommendedFast in and out for scheduled service appointment. Work done well and service staff most friendly. Highly recommended!!

Richard was my salesman today when I bought my new Edge. He would give me information and then ask if I had questions. He really knew his product and was so respectful while we were negotiating the deal. Damien was my finance officer. He also was very knowledgeable and respectful. All around I don’t think I’ve had such great customer service before anywhere else. Great day and I love my new Edge!

I had an appt for 8am. The clerk had my truck put in the lot and serviced EVERYONE else. Over three hours later had not touched it yet. What kind of counter person has no idea what an appt is? Anyone who takes their vehicle in and gets Brian, LOOK OUT. You may be there all day. They won’t see me any more. I now must wait a week for a day off to get my truck serviced. 52 in the nation in sales. But really sucks in service afterwards.
