Bill talks a good game but doesn't deliver. More concerned about getting paid than doing a good job. While he encountered more problems than were anticipated, the level of communication was not productive and ended up wasting lots of time. I needed to do final punch list as Bill wanted to charge me more to finish including a $65 delivery charge for additional paint.
