I can't think of any one specific thing. I enjoyed the waiting room having cookies, coffee and TV. I recommend the service center for their honesty on whether an issue is pressing or can be taken care of at another time. I recommend Prestige Volvo's staff for their courtesy and knowledge, and always take the time to say hello.
