RecommendedI took my parents to Prestige to buy an XC40. They are the type of people who buy a car every 20 years and are cautious about where they spend their money. The buying experience at Prestige was no pressure and pricing and negotiations were more than fair (though trade-in values always seem to hurt a bit no matter where you go.) XC40 T5 R-Design delivered this morning; couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From test drive to financials, Mike Oscata - and Lindsey, behind the scenes - were responsive (apologies for my after-hour random question texts!), thorough and clear. Highly recommend.
I don't recommend this Volvo dealer simply because they don't care to sell cars. I understand the Covid Pandemic that has crippled businesses across the country. I stopped in 3 different times, called 3 times and had correspondence through email more than 5 times. No time for me, and I wanted to buy 2 of the XC90s. I dont understand how I get blown off so many times. I have taken my business to Smyth in Summit. Prestige wont be around very long, so start out with a company that cares.

Prestige Volvo was great when they wanted my money to get a lease. Since then you've been atrocious. I can't get a call back, text back, or email back from anyone. I've done each multiple times. My saleswoman Lindsey hasn't responded to multiple messages, I still don't know how to use my car and it's been 26 days. Can't get a virtual tour of my car, or anyone to return a call. I've spoken to receptionists as well. Your customer service is the worst I've experienced from any dealer of any brand in the area
3 new Volvo’s in the last two years. So lucky we decided to look elsewhere from Summit. Chris Henriksen always provided us with top shelf attention. Excellent attention to detail and an amazing level of service. Thank you Chris and Prestige. Customers for life. Being treated like family is not just an empty catch phrase at Prestige.
