Terrible - AVOID this company if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg in fees – Absolutely awful. Charge all kinds of extra fees that they don't explain and that they seem to make up. Were extremely dishonest up front when telling me what they would charge to rent out my house. It ended up being a lot more than I could have ever anticipated. UNLESS YOUR LOADED STAY AWAY – DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!! If you do, plan on having a lot of extra money on hand. My wife and I rented from them for 18 months. While the rental price was appealing they made up for it with fees left and right. Additionally, After I maintained the property for the entire term of the lease and thuroghly cleaned the property upon leaving I was charged double my security deposit.
