First of all the rental was in bad condition and needed alot of fixing. The office is a shack off Grant road the lady that assisted me was unprofessional and they charge for everything.If the lady would have been more professional and polite I may have possibly took the rental. I ended up going to another rental company and 100% better more efficient,polite and professional. Bad experience with prestige
