(Hayward location) took my daughter here for her senior pictures last month. I hated ever photo proof taking. The day of her appointment the lady taking her pictures didn't engage, the lighting was dark when I asked she said it's not going to look like that when I got the photos back That's exactly how they looked dark and not centered. The photos my daughter picked out wasn't even uploaded. They picked the worst ones. Timings are wrong online it says open at 10am but when I go there it says closed and opens at 12pm
Brook from the Hayward studio ATE my senior pics UP 🥹 (and these were my retakes btw) she’s such a sweetheart fr. She took her time, made sure I looked good in every shot, and even showed me the pics as we went. My first ones (that some guy named Daniel took) were honestly so bad, he had an attitude, super rude, rushed everything, and didn’t care how they turned out. When I got them back, they were absolutely horrible. But Brook? She for sure knows what she’s doing!! Give this baddie a raise
