Timings are wrong online it says open at 10am but when I go there it says closed and opens at 12pm
Brook from the Hayward studio ATE my senior pics UP 🥹 (and these were my retakes btw) she’s such a sweetheart fr. She took her time, made sure I looked good in every shot, and even showed me the pics as we went. My first ones (that some guy named Daniel took) were honestly so bad, he had an attitude, super rude, rushed everything, and didn’t care how they turned out. When I got them back, they were absolutely horrible. But Brook? She for sure knows what she’s doing!! Give this baddie a raise
Senior in bay area. The reception and outfit staff were very nice. The actual photographers were very rushed and did not do a good job. I received my mock pictures and in every single one of them I am looking down. Photographers did not let me see the pictures in person saying I would receive them in the mail. Im a senior at santa cruz high school. I was so nervous about taking my senior portraits, since this is such a huge milestone for both my family and me. I just want to give a big thank you to my photographer, Trini! She immediately made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and at ease! This places take pictures for HS cap and gown and yearbook. The person in the front desk was nice and fast. She was in charge of the payment and the clothing. We were told to seat near the door but we were not aware that the seating is by number, my son got skipped. For the first picture, my son got called in by one of the worker that looked like he didn't want to be there, he looked hagard and no energy. He took my son's photo for about 2 minutes.
