Information for senior portraits did not get sent to a majority of the students over the summer so they rescheduled at the school. They offered options of different packages that included different outfits, I got an appointment of what time to be at the school and was told to bring extra outfits etc. I get there and they tell me they’re only doing drape pictures and I need to drive 1.5 hours away to the studio in order to receive my package we already paid for and my CAP AND GOWN pictures!!!!! I pretty much never write reviews, but this time I feel very compelled to do so. 1 Star for the studio front desk ladies & photographers. The company itself, 0!! So unfortunate & disappointed Brentwood High required us to use this company for my son's pic to be included in the yearbook. We took Senior Portraits for my son back in July & waited until end of September for any pics. The updates they did to the studio are really nice. They have lots of options for casual photos now. The photographers were great, there was a fun happy atmosphere! You can tell they care! I know images were lost, but that isn't their fault. Unfortunately, technology is great until it's not. Retakes are free even though it's a pain. There are session fees, but honestly, I've never been to a photographer who didn't have session fees.
Terrible service. I took a few simple photos over three weeks ago and got no communication from them until I reached out myself. When I called, I was told that I’d receive some communication within 48 hours and got none. If there are complications then you need to communicate with your clients. Management and punctuality are horrendous.
