We called them when our water heater decided to spew all over the place and flood. He responded to check things out at 9pm and gave us a rundown of what was happening with several options as to how to fix it with different price points. He was honest and didn't charge us anything for the call. When we decided the next day what to do he took care of everything, came out with a team of 3 guys to replace it and knocked it out quickly. We had hot water within 24 hours of it breaking. Highly recommended and will use again.
The most honest plumber I have ever met. Last winter (2016) we had a bad freeze and our toilets weren't working. We called William. He came out inspected and learned that it wasn't a plumbing issue but a septic issue. He referred us to BBB Septic (another very reputable company) and did not charge a dime. I am having another plumbing issue and he is the first guy I am going to call. Want to repay him for his kindness and honesty. Thanks William.

Highly recommended! They did an amazing job! They redid all the plumbing, gas line, water heater and much more! They got the job done fast! The employees were awesome and fun to be around! If you ever need plumbing use them!!

Did a great job on the sewer hook up. even stayed late on a Friday to complete hook up. Left a mess including electrical box not secured. Later after job complete and payed for, failed to respond to phone messages asking for information and help.
