William Conklin stole $5000 that he requested up front from us. He moved to a different state and changed numbers. He promised to pay us back...but he hasn't kept his word from the beginning. So I'm not sure why I am surprised. I trusted him and used him several times over the years. But apparently he had a major life change for the worst and he can not be trusted now.
I've been using William for almost 10 years. He's very knowledgeable and prompt. I recommend him to everyone
The guys were at my house super late on a Friday night making sure I had a working shower. I'm so thankful!
William helped us with a rental we had when the hot water tank went out. He did the job fast and very well. Also, when our main water line broke in December William and his crew came out in the cold and worked until 8:30pm so we could have water. We highly recommend William Conklin
William did a great job with converting our house from well water to city water. It was a big job, but he handled it with ease. He communicated frequently, was extremely competent, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing work.

William and his team did a fantastic and thorough job replacing our water heater, some connected piping, and a spigot. When they were done, it was in better shape than when the house was new. Then, around 8:30 after everyone was home from soccer practice and whatnot, we realized that the water wasn't as hot as we'd like. I tried to get William to give me instructions on how to raise the thermostat, but he insisted on sending one of his guys over.
