Three years ago (November 2022), our son was in a devastating e-bike accident that caused a severe open wound to his tibia and fibula. Dr. Urband is a quality physician. I honestly believe this. My issues are not with his ability, but with the support staff. The office staff forced me to cancel a surgery 3 days before it was scheduled. - They never answer the phone. - I called 5 different dates over 8 business days without receiving a call back. (10days prior to surgery) - Once dialogue was restored, they told me a different date for surgery each time they contacted me to confirm the surgery date. They never pick up phones, very unprofessional.
Not sure about actual service. They dont pick up the phones and dont seem to offer appointment remiders.
Dr Urband and his staff are top notch. Could not ask for a better surgeon. Will definitely recommend!!!!!
