Horrible place. Buyer beware. purchased vehicle and moment left dealership abs light went on. took to be inspected and was told would fail. brought back to dealership and was horrified by this dealership's lack of concern and piss poor customer service. they had my car for ten days, they ordered wrong parts and did not follow up with me. I called about an 06 4 runner and Dastan was extremely unhelpful. after some thought I decided to go look at the suv. well that was a waste of time. i drove an hour to get there and look under the vehicle to see that the frame was complete junk. they filled it with foam and sprayed painted over it to cover. don't go there!! unless you want to over pay for a vehicle and then waste even more money to fix it after.
Do not shop here, they are scam artists! When you purchase your vehicle they make you pay for your state inspection, but you need to use their people to inspect it. Get the vehicle home find out front brakes never replaced, riding metal on metal, they told me they changed the oil, they never did brought it to RAM dealer for its first service to find out that the drivers side engine lifters failed and having the truck 2 weeks and 600 miles that’s insaine! I purchased a car from Alex two days later I have the mechanic look at it they tell me that the car is wrong the break is hanging off by a thread the Cadillac converter’s gone should never passed inspection he took five grand cash didn’t care about anything else we’re not as fancy vacation and left me high and dry with a lemon!! They are dishonest and sell customers information and will make up a fake contract in order to get you to give away more information to them so they can profit from you.
I can understand the typical dealership bs but these business clowns crossed a line by putting my information public. I guess you guys like to rape innocent unsuspecting customers of their basic constitutional right.... PRIVACY!!!
