This dealership absolutely doesn't care about customers or there's time. I came to buy a vehicle from another state. Of course, I set an appointment with the salesman ahead of time. I spend 3 hours waiting for F&I manager to do my paperwork and have been told, that I came 2,5 hours earlier, and thas have to wait for the time I called originally. This dealership has horrible customer service especially when it entails a high-end vehicle. I was looking to renew my lease as it was expiring and went to this dealership to test drive the new vehicles. My salesman was answering phone calls during the test drive and as I was inquiring about colors took another call resulting in him rushing me out the door.
