Probably the worst place to take your car. I requested a diagnostic on my IS300's heating/cooling and it was quoted 450$ before even seeing the car to diagnose why the heat isn't working. I was questioned by the service manager why I haven't taken my car there lately, as well as repeating myself multiple times on what the state of the car is and generally dismissive behavior when asking questions about the repair. Our sales person Jin was absolutely awesome. This was our second purchase from prestige lexus and the service is always excellent. That being said our recent purchase with Jin was a step above the norm, he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our selection in a very helpful and non-pressure manner.
