I attempted to purchase a pre owned lexus via prestige Lexus website. No negotiating, I was willing to pay advertised price. I uploaded my license, insurance info and ordered the vehicle. The dashboard of my Lexus NX 350 2023 displaying Key Battery L:ow, Replace Low Battery, I got Key Battery changed on 2/20/23, but still displaying Key Battery Low, Replace Low Battery. Prestige Lexus of Ramsey who is owned by Lithia Motors sold me a car with no title and registration in September. It is now 12/16 and I still do not have my title or registration. Their communication to me or lack there of has been horrendous. My wife and I have been on the Lexus list for months. We have a Lexus NX350h with the luxury package on order. I reached out to several dealers including Prestige because we are in the area often and frequent many businesses on Rt. 17. We now live near ****************. If you go there be careful. Pushing you what you dont need and have to pay. Registration said fee is free but charging $150, now passes one month already and stills didnt get the plates. Check engine oil level, in my car is 7/8 overfilled , no good for long life of engine. Car after leasing records showing, changing oil every ***** miles,Factory book says *****. If someone before drove on car overfilled and on old oil not changed the engine probably dont work nice and smooth. Do not buy it. Plus No one knows what kind a gas ... read more

I was not given the title when I bought a car from Prestige Lexus. I have spent the last SIX weeks trying to track the paperwork down to register my car. Terrible service, would give this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT buy a car from here.

My parents would always say to be careful where you go and not everyone will treat you nicely because of the color of your skin. And I would always say, nooo times have changed! people are nicer and more friendly now. Unfortunately today reminded me of how right my parents were. This dealership absolutely doesn't care about customers or there's time. I came to buy a vehicle from another state. Of course, I set an appointment with the salesman ahead of time. I spend 3 hours waiting for F&I manager to do my paperwork and have been told, that I came 2,5 hours earlier, and thas have to wait for the time I called originally.
