When I walked in I was greeted by Gabriella Bradford. I've been buying from this Toyota for 6 years and was never greeted by anybody I thought I was supposed to go directly to the desk and speak to someone then they assign me to a sales person. Just what I hoped for in my daughter's first new car purchase.
Well we did not plan on buying a new Highlander. But Gerry had an idea. He showed us the GMs Highlander. Had only 6k miles on it but a nice discount. You know I'm the great deal hunter. This time it was easy. More important, I'm treated special. Thanks Gerry, Mark, Brian, and Charlie!
